Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team as a Security Engineer – Identity & Access Management.

About the Role

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions to ensure secure access to Micron's resources. You will work closely with internal customers to troubleshoot access issues and ensure that only authorized users have access to the organization's systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operations/development support for security-related solutions and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, escalations, and resolve business partner issues in a timely manner with strong collaboration and care for business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business teams and other IT teams to effectively manage identities and access privileges.
  • Identify, design, and implement solutions for new and improved processes and provide a clear picture of possible outcomes.
  • Own and drive root cause analysis for issues and continue improvement plans for solution health and operational health.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management.
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with IAG platforms (SailPoint preferred).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Demonstrated partnership and collaboration, willingness to assist others, and skilled at building strong peer relationships.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.

This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
