At WK Kellogg Co, our goal is to innovate and optimize our manufacturing processes. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians, ensuring the optimal operation of machinery and facilities through effective preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and execute the weekly maintenance plan, prioritizing personal and team safety.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production plans.
  3. Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to create and execute preventive maintenance plans.
  4. Manage critical parts files, layouts, maintenance programs, and inspection lists to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts in SAP, optimizing stock levels and resources.
  6. Manage the maintenance budget, allocating resources effectively to minimize waste and optimize performance.
  7. Provide operational support for equipment testing, cleaning, and line start-ups, ensuring smooth production.
  8. Monitor and follow up on work orders generated in previous shifts, ensuring timely completion.
  9. Complete daily checklists and generate necessary alerts for effective follow-up and quality control.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in industrial maintenance or similar roles.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Intermediate level in industrial mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
    • TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance expertise.
    • Intermediate level in welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
    • Diagnosis and programming of drives, and failure signal tracing.
    • Basic SAP management, computer skills, and PLC knowledge (desirable).
    • Expertise in interpreting electrical diagrams and basic knowledge of metrology and machining.
    • Availability: Flexible schedule and intermediate/conversational English.
