**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Education Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer onboarding and driving outstanding customer services.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the onboarding process for new hireEZ customers, collaborating closely with Technical Program Managers, Product Designers, and engineers to guarantee a smooth transition. This includes onboarding existing customers expanding their service with hireEZ.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies for your assigned book of business within the ENT customer segment. Work closely with Training and Development leaders to align training initiatives, create tailored user training plans, and engage directly with users to ensure their success.
- Plan and conduct live training sessions with hireEZ users, including one-on-one and group sessions. Foster relationships with champion users and proactively engage with users experiencing low adoption to enhance their utilization and outcomes with hireEZ.
**What You'll Need**
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer education or customer onboarding/demo-related roles.
- Clear communication of product value, use cases, and effective usage of hireEZ features and functions.
- Ability to strategically define learning objectives, execute enablement plans, drive user adoption, motivation, and results.
- Passion for teaching/education and customer experience.
- Experience leading live training sessions, from one-on-one to large group sessions.
- Skills in creating engaging learning content (written and video-based) and executing creative visions aligned with business objectives/goals.
**Requirements**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in project management.
- Ability to articulate project plans/priorities, address objections/pain points, and align with internal and external stakeholders on goals, tasks, and timelines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Past experience in HR/Talent Acquisition Technology or as a recruiter/TA professional is preferred.
- Understanding of recruitment workflows and priorities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SFDC, LMS, Tableau, and video editing software such as Filmora and Loom is a plus.
