Job Description

The Cyber Resilience Specialist will be responsible for performing activities that fall within the cyber resilience program's portfolio of responsibilities. This includes delivering specific resilience assessments of the technologies in PepsiCo's information technology ecosystem using industry best practices from NIST, MITRE, Cloud Security Alliance, etc. The Cyber Resilience Specialist will foster relationships across the organization to aid in the delivery of the Cyber Resilience Program and wider Cyber Fusion Center capabilities.

This role requires excellent analytical, motivated, and self-confident skills with excellent verbal and written communication both locally and remotely. You will work closely with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment to ensure PepsiCo has the capability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from the most severe cyber-attacks.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Partner with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to ensure PepsiCo's cyber resilience posture and capabilities align with global industry best practices.
  2. Assist in the development of a sustainable High Value Assets program.
  3. Integrate adversary-based cyber resiliency concepts within the Information Security and IT organization, tied to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  4. Leverage Cyber Fusion Center teams to enhance PepsiCo's cyber security posture and resiliency.
  5. Run queries in Splunk, use ServiceNow, and experience using Qualys or similar vulnerability management solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or MS Azure. Cybersecurity certifications: Security +, CISM, or CISA. Excellent analytical, motivated, and self-confident skills with excellent verbal and written communication both locally and remotely.
