About the Role

As an Electrical Pricing Strategist at nVent, you will play a crucial role in advancing our success and driving business growth through effective distributor pricing strategies. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive distributor pricing programs to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, sales, finance, or marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate meetings.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, including JD Edwards, M3, and SAP.
