**Customer Success Manager Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Exactlyit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the subscription term cycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Onboard new Microsoft CSP customers and provide ongoing support
  • Establish Quarterly Business Reviews to review customer licensing, tenant, and Microsoft best practice recommendations
  • Act as the voice of the customer and document needs and inquiries
  • Discover opportunities to save customers on licensing costs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services and subscriptions
  • Report on review and opportunity numbers to the lead Customer Success Manager

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ITSM foundation training required
  • Fluent English language skills, verbal and written communication
  • Adaptive and experienced in collaborating with multicultural teams and customers
