- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- HR COE Partnership: Support HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organization, ensuring that business is proactively aware to address HR programs and processes with accuracy following the HR calendar.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by developing solid relationships at all levels.
- Operational Excellence: Responsible for HR operational tasks and project actions such as HRIS actions in Workday, track headcount, and requisitions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of progressive experience in an HR role.
- General understanding of human resources disciplines, local laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and work across diverse teams, English speaking is a requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with sales teams and across multi-regions in Latin America.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Success in fast-moving, change management situations.
