**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting Specialist to join our team at Paradigm Management Co. As an Underwriter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective underwriting internal quality control processes and procedures.
• Engage and maintain good professional relationships with brokers/agents.
• Analyze financial and legal data to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless underwriting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Previous experience in underwriting or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
