Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with Borrowers, Lenders, Escrow/Title, Insurance Agents, Realtors, and other industry service providers
- Participate in regular team meetings and audits, taking notes and being accountable for your Investment Analyst's production and pipeline
- Board loans with 3rd party loan servicers, monitor and track original collateral loan files, insurance, and property taxes
- Prepare notices, memos, and documents such as VOMs, LOEs, and Reconveyances
- Facilitate loan payoff requests
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of U.S. residential real estate and lending
- Expert level skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to follow direction and adhere to lending protocols and guidelines
- Persistence and hustle, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
