Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Itron. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and driving performance improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Performance Management: Set and meet operational performance targets, ensuring on-time product delivery and other key performance indicators.
  • Capacity Planning: Ensure capacity is in place to meet customer deliveries and drive forecast/demand at CM sites.
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver on quarterly revenue goals, working closely with the Itron Supply Chain organization.
  • Supply Chain Health: Monitor CM supply chain health, including MRP execution and inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Manage excess and obsolete inventory, including review and disposition.
  • Process Improvement: Plan and execute ECO cut-ins to minimize production disruptions and optimize inventory disposition.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Partner with Procurement and CM to drive component shortage resolution and participate in supply chain risk mitigation strategy development.
  • Performance Metrics: Generate and present operational performance metrics to suppliers and manage associated corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Program manage, improve, and optimize Itron-CM operational processes.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain CM operational relationships via site visits, regular meetings, and QBR preparation and delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Perform and/or evaluate root cause problem resolution for CM supply chain related issues and ensure the integrity of corrective actions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, contract manufacturing, and logistics.
