Ge Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Front-End Developer** to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality front-end applications using the latest technologies and frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of front-end applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to define and deliver front-end features and functionality.
- Develop and maintain front-end code, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and secure.
- Work with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt, and develop strategies to address it.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including accessibility, performance, and security.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
