Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Materials Planner to join our team at Constellation Brands. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of primary packaging materials, including glass, crowns, cans, and lids, to support our Master Production Schedule (MPS) and stock policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain stock levels aligned to stock policies and warehouse capacities to support MPS and Long Range Plan (LRP) volumes, as well as invoicing goals established between Constellation Brands and each supplier.
  2. Manage and follow up on suppliers' shipment plans, taking into account logistical constraints in both breweries and suppliers, by generating inventory reports, stock projections at breweries, and shipment follow-up in each supplier.
  3. Work closely with Supply Chain, Transportation, and Reverse Logistic teams to support the execution of the inbound plan.
  4. Evaluate conformance to production and shipment plans of each supplier using On Time In Full (OTIF) and Conformance To Plan (CTP for Glass Suppliers) KPIs and develop action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Support Quality & R&D projects by planning and delivering materials on time based on NPD plans.
  6. Provide rolling materials requirements projection to suppliers based on Master Production Scheduling frozen period.
  7. Execute Purchase Orders maintenance on SAP and invoice reconciliation process on Ariba, ensuring the correct MRP-P2P process.
  8. Obsolete traceability and strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on MPS, MRP, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Reverse Logistics.

Effective communication, negotiation, result-oriented, decision-making, strategic thinking, team work, proactive, and self-motivated.

SAP and Advanced Office skills.
