Bombardier, a global leader in aviation, is seeking an Aspiring Aerospace Technician to join our team at Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the production process of world-class business jets and specialized mission platforms.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Maintain Tooling equipment to ensure correct operation on assembly lines.

- Contribute efficiently to the production process, ensuring stability for the company and maintaining high quality standards for customers.

- Develop improvement projects in Bombardier operations, achieving skill development in the team that directly impacts performance efficiency.

- Participate in compliance with tooling certifications and milestones for assigned projects.

- Monitor and report progress within established SLA.

- Participate in the resolution of non-conformities, identifying improvement processes for activities in the Tooling area.

**What We Offer:

- Competitive estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**

- Strong understanding of Bombardier systems, such as BMS, BM's, BES, QMS, SMS, internal regulatory requirements, and competency matrix of the area.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
