**About Fortune Fashions Baja**

We are a dynamic apparel company seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. Additionally, strong analytical skills and time management experience are necessary to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain communication with customers regarding orders and keep internal track of order progress.
  • Enter orders assigned to you into the WIP system and update it according to production reports, system information, or corresponding information from assigned accounts.
  • Create priorities lists for the Arts department and send them via email to Lupita Cantu.
  • Analyze priorities in the PS Guide and mark them by 7:30 am and 4:30 pm daily.
  • General follow-up with all production departments to ensure timely completion of confirmed orders.
  • Enter new orders into the online system and update any changes in orders.

**Requirements**

  • Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent related production experience.
  • Apparel industry or related field experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Time management experience managing multiple tasks is required.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced office environment. Business casual attire is expected. Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building.

**Compensation**

The salary range for this position is $12,000 - $16,000 per month, based on location and experience.
