  • Engage in workforce planning to meet future staffing needs.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses to maintain financial stability.
  • Enhance critical metrics by identifying and implementing standard methodologies.
  • Coordinate recruitment at all levels, ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and union relationships to foster a progressive partnership.
  • Take responsibility for managing union labor relations, guaranteeing adherence and harmony.
  • Administer employee benefits to ensure satisfaction and compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maquiladoras, demonstrating proven expertise.
  • High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional people skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations successfully.
