Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance, and/or productivity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.
- Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.
- Write technical reports that require analysis and interpretation of results, leading to conclusions and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Food science, science, or engineering degree, ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods market.
- Experience working on teams and independently with guidance from a manager.
- Prioritizing and managing activities, identifying problems proactively, and creating and implementing solutions independently.
- Effective communication skills, including technical writing.
- Ability to put the consumer at the heart of development activities.
