We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Citrix Administrator to join our team at Cognizant. As a Citrix Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud DaaS, XenApp, and XenDesktop.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute as a subject matter technical expert for Citrix Cloud DaaS administration and maintenance/operations/troubleshooting and all elements related the application environment
- Sound knowledge of User Access Layer and Gateway Services, AWS and Azure
- Two factor authentication solutions, core Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policies, Citrix Policies, Workspace Environment Manager, FsLogix, Director and Autoscale
- A point of contact for all monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution of various components of the Citrix and application environment
- Knowledge on AWS EC2 using golden AMI for Citrix MCS provisioning
- Stay abreast of related technology and recommend future system enhancements, improving troubleshooting and reducing the manual tasks
- Knowledge on Citrix Cloud performance and security analytics
- Knowledge on PowerShell scripting for generating custom reports and configuration
- Knowledge on Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud Citrix licensing
- Knowledge on security certificates on internal and external providers
- Knowledge on Citrix Cloud Application Delivery Administration
- Experience in managing global enterprise Citrix Cloud Environments
- Provide systems deployment, configuration, installation and support of equipment in Microsoft Windows environment to the specification of client proposals
- Understanding and troubleshooting Windows server related issues, storage, virtualization platform and networking
- Analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining data and implement changes, as required, to achieve optimum performance
- Making and implementing recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or expand service levels
