Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly driven Residential Lead Acquisition Specialist to manage and cultivate leads throughout their journey, from initial contact to successful conversion. This is a remote position that offers flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our dynamic team.

About the Role
  • Initiate contact with real estate agents and present offers on available properties.
  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads from various sources such as website inquiries, email campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Quickly respond to inquiries and assess leads based on set criteria.
  • Engage with leads via multiple communication channels (email, phone calls, video conferences) to collect information, answer questions, and build relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated by sales goals and driven to achieve results.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
