At Danfoss, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, CRM Design to join our team. As a key member of our CRM Delivery organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and configuring CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clarify and align business requirements by understanding user needs and translating them into solution designs.
  • Participate in CRM agile projects, defining business requirements and optimal CRM solutions, and ensuring thorough testing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM platform.
  • Support training and business support for users when needed.
  • Collaborate with the product team and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a consultant.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Salesforce.
  • Advanced English language skills.
