Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Systems Troubleshooter to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving complex issues related to elevator systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to maintenance technicians
• Solve complex technical problems identified in equipment under contract
• Disseminate technical knowledge throughout the organization
• Support sales in assessing maintainability of equipment before tendering for maintenance contracts
• Train local technicians during site visits and deliver scheduled training sessions
• Create quality reports after remote support and/or site visits
• Identify proactively root causes for issues and forward corrective actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an elevator company
