About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manufacturing Director to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring the highest standards in industrial quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing plans and resources
  • Oversee the definition and validation of supply chain processes
  • Validate quality plans and oversee industrialization activities
  • Manage manufacturing equipment and contribute to site assets optimization
  • Lead the deployment of Industry 4.0 initiatives and contribute to site/Alstom Indus 4.0 deployment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial management and end-to-end processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, site facilities and maintenance, and transfer of technology
  • Proficiency in English and understanding of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations
  • Ability to utilize digital and analytics tools for managing manufacturing activities
