We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality meets client specifications, conducting audits for quality, safety, and ISO 14001 compliance, and managing project startup timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure product quality meets client specifications.
- Conduct audits for quality, safety, and ISO 14001 compliance.
- Manage project startup timelines, ramp-up for new products.
- Monitor and control budgeted investments.
- Support ISO quality and environmental management systems.
- Report safety and environmental issues promptly.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices.
- Facilitate CTPAT certification requirements.
- Coordinate equipment validation and sample testing.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
- Implement process improvements and ergonomic designs.
- Support manufacturing risk analysis and create operational instructions.
5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing roles at leading companies.
- Specific Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes and automated machinery.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Skilled in production line balancing and PLC programming.
- Competent in electricity, pneumatics, and control systems.
- Desirable: Knowledge in Ultrasonic Welding (USW)
- Skills:
- Fluent in English (90%).
- Autocad, SolidWorks, or similar software.
- Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
