Customer Service Operations Specialist

PepsiCo, one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, is seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. As part of our Global Business Services division, this role will play a critical part in ensuring day-to-day order processing for Argentina, driving gold standard customer service, and maintaining site performance metrics.
ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Ensuring day-to-day order processing for Argentina, including order confirmation, reporting, and decision-making supporting activities;
- Providing stock check validation to create deliveries in the system;
- Synchronizing the supply network by defining, implementing, monitoring, and achieving continuous improvement of the 'Order to Cash' process to ensure the level of service and correct supply at the point of sale;
- Backfilling other Order Management Analysts on vacation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- English intermediate skills.
