- Social Media Growth: Increase in social media followers, likes, and overall engagement metrics over time, indicating successful content generation strategies that attract and retain audience interest.
- Brand Alignment and Messaging: Alignment of content with our brand's values, messaging, and overall marketing objectives, as evaluated by brand consistency and relevance to the target audience.
- Video Completion Rates: Improvement in video completion rates, demonstrating the ability to create engaging and captivating video content that retains viewers' attention until the end.
- Design Efficiency: Timely delivery of design projects within agreed-upon deadlines, with minimal revisions required, indicating efficient workflow management and attention to project timelines.
- Innovation and Creativity: Introduction of innovative design concepts or techniques that elevate our brand's visual identity and differentiate it from competitors, as evidenced by industry recognition or internal accolades.
- Product Knowledge: Well-versed in product knowledge of all active and future products and brands.
