**Job Summary**:

This is a unique opportunity to join our People Operations team as a Senior Recruiter for Google Cloud. You will work closely with Sales leaders, hiring managers, and interview teams to build and grow our Sales organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage applicants through Google's multi-faceted hiring process.
  • Develop and implement staffing business strategies to achieve annual hiring plans emphasizing quality, diversity, and client management.
  • Partner with clients and peers to drive impactful initiatives towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

**What We Offer**:

As a Senior Recruiter at Google Cloud, you can expect a dynamic and inclusive work environment, competitive salary of approximately $110,000 - $130,000 per year, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

**Requirements**:

  • 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, or account management.
  • 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, and build productive relationships.
