This role has been categorized as a teleworker position, allowing you to work from a physical location of your choice.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for a diverse range of features within our internal tool.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated engineers and scientists to research and develop APIs necessary for new features or to extend/optimize existing functionalities.
- Work closely with other specialists to spec out and develop user interfaces for a diverse range of features within our internal tool.
- Enable users across Zillow to iterate, test, and learn about improvements shipped to production.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and innovation in our Housing Super-App.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies and frameworks (experience in React is highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of modern UX principles and design thinking; UX design tools (Figma, etc.) experience is a plus.
- Ability to influence, collaborate with, and educate others on methods and requirements in experimentation concepts.
- Experience collaborating with applied scientists, engineers, product managers, and end users.
- API design (Python) and development using a relational DB (Postgres or similar).
- Experience with online experimentation (A/B testing, Bandit testing, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of statistics.
- Experience establishing standards and/or educating technical and non-technical stakeholders on meeting those standards.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, a related field, or years of equivalent industry experience.
