We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring consistency and accuracy of inventories.
• Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reconciliations, identifying trends and variances.
• Perform cycle counts according to schedule, ensuring material availability on system.
• Develop and implement new methodologies, tools, and processes to manage the warehouse and inventory efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing stock and cycle counts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under constrained time scales and demanding work loads.
• Proficiency in Mapics and AS400, with strong knowledge of MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is desirable.
• University degree and full-time availability required.
