Job Title: CeCN Referral Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Referral Coordinator to join our team at Moses/Weitzman Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing eConsult referrals from clients across the country, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage eConsult referrals, ensuring proper transmission to CeCN specialists and back to providers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the CeCN operations team to monitor quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate and complete registration, including patient demographics and insurance information.
• Communicate with providers and patients as needed to ensure timely completion of eConsults.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and prior experience in a medical office setting, including HIPAA requirements.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred.
