Job DescriptionAs a Data Driven Business Transformation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will also be responsible for implementing AI solutions to enhance various aspects of business operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, and leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Essential Functions- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Implement AI solutions to enhance various aspects of business operations.
- Build and own the product backlog, acting on behalf of the Product Owner for our engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Document software requirements and architectures with excellent technical writing skills.
- Present and explain software requirements to diverse groups, including engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Proven experience working in agile environments, particularly in driving Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to document software requirements and architectures clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn from customers and past projects.
