Mutsutech, S.A De C.V is seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team in Ciudad Industrial - Tijuana, Baja California. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to maximize efficiency and minimize human intervention.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop automated systems to optimize manufacturing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

• Develop and maintain electrical designs and PLC programming for new machines

• Ensure current process machines are running in optimal condition

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar)

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position

• Proficient in MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Fluent English

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Certifications/Accreditations in relevant fields

• Experience with vision systems, PLC programming, laser markers, and servo motors
