Manufacturing Engineer
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting Business Unit team members in areas such as problem-solving, Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, and process development.
Responsibilities:- Support the development of Standard Work and ensure its effective implementation.
- Lead the PPAP process to successful conclusion and participate in quality stand-down for customer concerns.
- Develop and maintain specific process Work Instructions, partnering with Business Unit counterparts to ensure accuracy.
- Train Business Unit team members and operators on safety devices, manufacturing build process, standard work, and problem-solving techniques.
- Responsible for information boards and tracking daily and monthly metrics on each cell.
- 3 or more years' experience in relevant manufacturing processes.
- Advanced English (90%) and technical knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading cost savings and performance improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
