Main Responsibilities:

  • Select, maintain, and develop relationships with largest Nutrition Companies and Distributors by implementing CFG in key accounts in Ruminant, Poultry, and Swine units.
  • Develop and motivate Partners through increased effectiveness and efficiencies to ensure a Partner has a sustainable business model (Partner Value Proposition).
  • Transfer Customer Value beyond Partners.
  • Generate demand and promotion to increase sales with Top Channels.
  • Own Top 25 Partners and leverage Channel capabilities in all Business Units Teams to maximize Channel management.

Requirements:

  • College degree required.
  • English language proficiency: 70%.
  • Required experience in sales and key accounts management.
  • Time spent on trips: 70%.
