Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining a highly effective sales channel strategy for ABB's specified market (global/regional) to improve market penetration and achieve growth aspirations. The successful candidate will plan and execute the business area/division sales strategy to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel.

The work model for this role is #L-Hybrid, contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing the specified market channel sales strategy, implementing annual performance assessments and forecast processes for channel partners, and ensuring appropriate communication and promotion activities are in place for our channel partners.
