Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Track and fix shipping errors
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Develop transportation processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Coordinate Sterilization Truck Loads
- Develop a Receiving and Shipping Schedule for Vendors and Transportation providers
- Plan sterilization workload delivery schedule to maintain flow of product and reduce the risk of backlog of containers waiting in line
- Work with Transportation providers to reduce cost, to quote services and provide alternative solutions to ensure capacity for the site to ship product
- Coordinate with Shipping Manufacturing Warehouse, Shipping from the HUB, Import Export, Production, Transportation providers and external sterilization vendors
- Provide support to warehouse, purchasing, and 3PL for inventory management
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics and transportation management
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
