About the Job Description

This role involves providing support and implementing the HRS-wide portfolio of products for hospitality-related companies. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, people-oriented, enthusiastic about digital transformation within the hospitality industry using innovative technologies and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Opera Cloud PMS solutions.
  • Offer on-site and remote assistance to clients during and after implementation.
  • Deliver training sessions for client staff on the use of Opera Cloud PMS.
  • Resolving technical issues related to the PMS system.
  • Maintaining open and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Documenting implementation processes and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant IT tools.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to travel within and outside of the respective country.
  • Aptitude to work on-site at client facilities or in a home office setting.
  • Basic to Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
