**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Manager to lead our Hematology team in Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive medical strategy to ensure the successful launch and positioning of our Bispecifics in Multiple Myeloma.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and lead the local medical strategy for Bispecifics in Multiple Myeloma, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Align with regional Medical Affairs team and Core Value Team to develop a local Therapeutic Area Medical Strategy.

• Oversee the execution of medical strategy, including medical education, medical science liaisons, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate educational events and maintain expert knowledge in Therapeutic Area and product.

• Lead advisory boards, relationships with medical societies, and healthcare providers.

• Contribute to regional clinical trials, planning, execution, and publication.

• Review risk management and prescribing information sheets.

**Requirements**

• Strong scientific background, with a Medical Doctor or pharmaceutical/science-based university degree (masters or PhD level).

• Experience in developing medical strategy, with a track record in managing multiple projects.

• Leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to travel.

• Valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
