We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Process Design and Improvement
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures.
- Quality Management
- Lead quality management system internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering, IE, ME, EE (or similar).
- Experience
- +4 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Knowledge of core and quality tools (is a plus).
- ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14000 certification.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
