Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate external visits, ensuring conference room organization, coffee breaks, meals, and dine-out meetings.
- Assist management staff with clerical activities and other functional areas as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering employee requests and questions.
- Support New Orientation Program, issuing IDs, providing PPE, hiring documentation, and employee services orientation.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Uniform distribution and availability for all employees
- Assignments and coordination of lockers for employees
- Sport activities/events: Support HR on special events, festivities, and recognition events
- Data input on Tress when necessary
- University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in the communications field and support for Management Team
- High English skills, C1 level
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $75,000-$90,000, depending on location and experience.
