Job Description

This role is part of our Integrated Supply Chain Planning (ISCP) group. You'll work with cutting-edge systems like SAP, SAP Hana, and our specialized planning tool, DRP. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Supply Chain Planning Activities: Ensure we meet demand by reviewing order fill rates and requesting products as needed.
  • Handling Add/Cut Requests: Execute daily add/cut requests to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations at our DCs, plants, and S2U sites.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Participate in regular service calls with Distribution Centers and Plants to align on goals and tackle any issues.
  • Identifying and Addressing Service Trends: Spot trends in service performance and develop action plans to close any gaps.
  • Training and Development: Share your knowledge by training team members to strengthen our bench.
  • Executing Ad-Hoc Assignments: Take on special projects as they arise to support our team's success.
  • Owning Key Service Metrics: Monitor and drive performance in areas like Fill Rate and Inventory Days on Hand across our facilities.
Requirements
