Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and effective administrative support to customers, sales teams, units, or departments following established procedures and guidelines.
• Utilize analytical thinking skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Requirements
• University degree
• 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to work independently, confidently, self-sufficiently, and as part of a team
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Advanced Excel
• Fully bilingual
• Knowledge of the textile industry (desirable)
• Project management skills
• Familiarity with the SAPERP System
