Your Role
As a Diagnostics and Safety Calibration Specialist, you will work with diagnostic and safety calibrators and technical specialists to create, develop, and sustain the Center of Excellence (CoE). You will track CoE-related issues, review status, and encourage team members to work towards closing them. You will also develop tools in support of calibration activities, improve calibration processes, and support warranty improvement actions.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain calibration processes and tools
- Track and resolve CoE-related issues
- Collaborate with technical specialists to improve calibration activities
- Support warranty improvement actions
- Develop software change requests to improve compliance or reduce warranty
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in diagnostics/emissions calibration or controls
- Experience with hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems
- Knowledge of INCA, Matlab, and Simulink/Stateflow
- Leadership skills and experience leading meetings or groups/teams
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI and Matlab
