Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate within the VM/ICO team, leveraging your expertise in Controlling to oversee all aspects of Overhead Cost Planning & Controlling (OPC), Product Cost Planning & Controlling (PPC), and Result Planning & Controlling (RPC) processes utilizing our SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Participate in global initiatives aimed at successfully implementing our digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate the standardization of processes alongside other Process Experts, Process Managers, and IT departments.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience with SAP Controlling and its interfacing processes, including extensive process knowledge, customization understanding, consulting experience, rollout management, and user training.
• Strong proficiency in Controlling solutions within the automotive sector.
• Capable of managing multiple requirements and project activities while prioritizing effectively.
• Demonstrated self-organization, structured approach, responsibility, and goal orientation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design comprehensive, sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
