About the Role

Zillow is seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for creating visionary user interface models, visual assets, and motion prototypes that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital experiences for web, email, and native platforms that meet the highest standards of usability and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, brand marketing, engineering, and design systems, to ensure consistency and excellence in our design language.
  • Develop interaction models and UI patterns for design systems, ensuring scalability and accessibility across multiple platforms.
  • Lead multiple projects independently, driving high-quality results and ensuring design consistency throughout.
  • Contribute to the evolution and innovation of our visual identity, defining visual languages, guidelines, and motion principles that reflect our brand's unique personality.
  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop compelling UI design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive design innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in product, visual, UX design, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, typography, color, and digital executions.
  • Strong skills in marketing and brand design, including illustration, motion design, and high-fidelity product prototyping.
  • Expertise in visual design and defining visual languages, with a deep understanding of design systems, cross-platform scalability, and accessibility.
  • Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in design software, including Figma, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
