Drive Memory Innovation at MicronMicron Technology is a world leader in pioneering memory and storage solutions that accelerate information transformation into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate, and advance faster than ever.Design Expert OpportunityAs a Design Expert at Micron, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in memory product development, such as row hammer mitigation circuits. You will collaborate with Micron's design and verification teams worldwide and support efforts of groups like Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to proactively design products optimizing manufacturing functions and ensuring the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Developing new product opportunities by contributing to overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.Multiple modeling and assistance in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisionsManaging the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routingPerforming verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulatorsContributing to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.Proactively seeking guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design qualityRequirements:BSEE or Greater, 1+ years of related experience is preferred.Productive time usage leading to effective work.Satisfactory ability to convey ideas verbally or in writing.Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc)What We Offer:Familiarity with Memory design and digital design.RTL design/verification experience is preferred.
