**Job Summary**

As a Utilities Supervisor at Nemak, you will be responsible for managing, supervising, maintaining, and operating the company's utilities, ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment and minimizing impacts on operations. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe work environment for employees and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the security system in the area and provide support to your team by being a security leader.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for electrical, natural gas, potable water, reuse water, etc.
  • Manage the monthly and annual budget for the department.
  • Develop and implement internal projects for operational expenditures and capital expenditures.
  • Operate and maintain high, medium, and low-voltage electrical substations (230, 115, 85, 34, 23, 13.8, 4.160, and 0.480 KV).
  • Operate and maintain compressed air generation systems, centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating compressors (1500, 1250, 1000, 1000, 900, and 500 HP).
  • Operate and maintain compressed air drying systems, regenerative, and refrigerative dryers (1000 to 8000 CFM).
  • Operate and maintain cooling systems, including chillers, hybrid, and open cooling towers.
  • Manage and maintain wastewater treatment systems (sanitary, biological, industrial, and ultrafiltration).
  • Manage and maintain osmosis systems and deep wells.
  • Ensure the completion of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare weekly reports on activities, improvements, and departmental progress.
  • Assess and evaluate the performance and responsibilities of technical staff.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Manufacturing Processes, Financial Performance, and Project Management.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • At least three years of experience in Utilities and Facilities positions.
