Position Overview:
This role focuses on leveraging technology to enhance and optimize business operations. The individual will contribute expertise in Quality Management Systems and business process analysis to facilitate the design and development of applications. Responsibilities include providing IT support and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures within Global Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to expanding knowledge in Quality Management Systems and Supply Chain solutions.
  • Apply Information Technology standards in daily support and project implementation tasks.
  • Utilize conceptual understanding of business processes and technology to address complex operational challenges.
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies that can enhance business value.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and configuration of SAP systems in alignment with business needs and global standards.
  • Ensure reliability of Production Systems through effective use of GIT standard support and governance processes.
  • Address daily business requirements in accordance with Global Service Level Agreements.
  • Deliver solutions that meet business needs while considering priorities and available resources.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and cross-functional business units as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers, and external stakeholders to fulfill business requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of medium to large-scale projects across the organization.
  • Engage in special projects or initiatives, contributing to institutional programs and committees.
  • Work alongside GIT and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Apply GIT 5 Steps Methodology to develop plans and execute projects.
  • Coordinate activities of internal and external resources based on project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in IT roles with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions and SaaS platform integrations, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Expertise in ABAP with over 5 years of experience in modules such as MM, PP, or QM.
  • Ability to create ABAP interfaces between SAP and non-SAP platforms.
  • Experience in R3 and S4 environments.
  • Skills in API implementation.
  • Familiarity with interfaces developed using SAP CPI is a plus.
  • Experience with Postman is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Fiori development is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Agile, ASAP, Scrum, etc.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in SaaS platforms.
