Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Citi's financial decision-making process. This senior professional position requires in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and the ability to provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive financial reports that summarize trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Advise on strategic business decisions and provide guidance on significant financial matters
- Execute detailed analysis of annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, mid-year reforecasts, and bi-monthly outlooks in collaboration with segment, business, and country FP&A teams.
- Prepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews, including business initiatives
- Conduct analysis of product profitability and provide recommendations on significant business and product decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to influence behavior and decision-making
- Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
- Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
- Acts as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of relevant experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in SAS/SQL or Python programming languages
