Talent Acquisition Partner II

This role plays a key part in bringing top talent to McCormick & Company. As a Talent Acquisition Partner II, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing candidates through various channels until the candidate is hired. You will contribute recruiting strategies and leverage market data and insights. You will forge strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Business leaders, HR, and potential hires, while championing a best-in-class candidate experience. You will proactively create talent pipelines for current and future talent needs. This role will have the opportunity to participate or support projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources including social media and LinkedIn to significantly reduce reliance on agency/3rd party suppliers. Maintain and update the information in the applicant tracking system. Role models excellent customer service and communication with candidates.
  2. Partner with hiring managers through alignment meetings to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps to support KPIs and SLAs. Realize strategies to address talent needs (short- and long-term) in cooperation with the TAM or TAD. Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery. Leverages market knowledge and data to provide insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers.
  3. Manage relationships with stakeholders and external providers (agencies, organizations, universities, etc.) and building strong relationships with internal clients and third-party providers, using appropriate communication channels and styles. May own relationships with third-party vendors and/or associations.
  4. Participate in projects across Talent Acquisition disciplines as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives. Organize activities as needed (interview days, career fairs, etc.).
  5. Works independently. Able to manage moderate complexity. Can be go-to for knowledge of process. Is able to train others on process excellence and onboarding of new partners. Respond to queries from internal and external clients. Actively participating in calls and internal meetings. Acting as a role model for delivering excellent customer service, striving to show consistency in both communication and behavior.
  6. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or other relevant field required.
  2. Experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition either leading high-volume projects or corporate environments. Agency, RPO or in-house recruiting experience required ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  5. Collaborative team player.
  6. Experience in sourcing, preferably from an FMCG/CPG company; Knowledge of social media sourcing techniques.
  7. Experience using ATS systems.
  8. Works independently.
  9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
  10. Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
  11. Composure under pressure.
  12. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in languages specific to the region preferred.
