We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies to reduce supply base, minimize dependence on single/sole sourced suppliers, ensure continuity of supply, and deliver annual cost reductions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and address quality issues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing robust category strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Managing and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing supplier relationship management and risk assessments.
  • Traveling up to 25% of the time, including global travel.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or CPM certification is desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or medical device industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of complex pricing arrangements and supplier profitability.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder interests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
