Job Description:

The Chief Financial Accounting Officer coordinates and manages the general accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of ledger accounts and resultant financial statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor the close process, coordinate with Corporate, develop the close calendar, analyze, and report variances.
  • Oversee the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Provide and interpret data from accounting records as required by management.
  • Coordinate accounting services and integrate with operating needs.
  • Coordinate audit processes and requirements.
  • Generate month-end close reports.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Control expenses and detect differences with respect to budget.
  • Apply local and foreign accounting rules.
  • Maintain knowledge of the budget process.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 6 years related experience required.
  • CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum
